Part of ICONS Live

ICONS Design Studio: podcast graphics made simple.

ICONS' own design editor for real estate podcasts. It turns an episode into ready-to-post graphics: covers, episode art, thumbnails, quote cards, carousels and audiogram videos. Templates fill in the title, episode number and guest automatically, in the show's brand colors and fonts.

It is how the ICONS team makes the artwork for the shows it produces, and it is free for agents to use. Hosts review and approve through a private link.

The Problem

Six Things That Eat A Producer's Week.

Every episode needs the same set of graphics, and the same details typed into every one of them. The Studio does the repetitive part.

Every episode needs a cover, a thumbnail and social posts.

Making them one by one takes hours. Templates fill from the episode, and Magic resize turns one design into a set of up to 12 sizes.

The graphics never look consistent.

Different fonts and colors every week. Each show has its colors, fonts and logos saved once, and every template can switch to them in one click.

Retyped titles, numbers and names.

Typos slip through when details are keyed in by hand. Fill from episode pulls the title, episode number, season, date and guest name straight from the episode.

Artwork rejected for the wrong size.

Podcast covers export at 3000x3000 as JPGs under 512 KB. YouTube thumbnails export at 1280x720 under 1.9 MB. Safe-zone guides show where apps cover the image.

Approval by email and screenshot.

A private review link shows the design, takes pinned comments, and has an Approve or Request changes button. No account needed.

A tiny, blurry guest headshot.

Enhance sharpens a small picture and doubles its size. Remove background cuts the guest out of their photo. For episodes recorded in ICONS Live, the team can grab stills from the video.

How It Works

From Episode To Artwork In Six Steps.

Pick a size and a template, link the episode, and the details fill themselves in.

  1. 1

Open the Design Studio in a browser on a computer and sign in with Google. It is free; ask for access through the form on this page.

  2. 2

    Start a design

Choose a size (for example episode art or a YouTube thumbnail), pick a template, and pick the show and episode.

  3. 3

    Let it fill

The title, episode number, guest name and photos fill in automatically, in the show's brand. Anything missing gets a yellow dashed outline so nothing is overlooked.

  4. 4

    Make it yours

Change words, swap photos, remove a background, add shapes, text styles or an AI image. It saves as you go.

  5. 5

    Get the client's decision

Create a review link and send it. The host or guest comments and clicks Approve or Request changes.

  6. 6

    Export

Download PNG, JPG, PDF, GIF or MP4 at the right size. Use Magic resize or Bulk generate for whole sets.

Features

What's In The Studio.

Every tool below is in the Studio today. Features marked for the team are run by ICONS staff.

Designs and sizes

  • 12 ready-made sizes: podcast cover and episode art 3000x3000, YouTube thumbnail 1280x720, YouTube banner, Instagram square, portrait and Story/Reel, LinkedIn, X and Facebook posts, quote card. Custom sizes from 64 to 8000 px a side.
  • Safe-zone guides for covers, YouTube thumbnails, Stories and YouTube banners.
  • Multi-page designs for carousels: up to 10 pages.
  • Magic resize copies a design into up to 12 other sizes and re-lays it out; a starting point that may need small fixes.
  • Autosave, named versions you can restore, folders, undo and redo, snapping, alignment, grouping and keyboard shortcuts.

Templates, brand and auto-fill

  • 76 templates: 12 originals plus 64 in 10 visual styles, across covers, episode art, YouTube thumbnails, quote cards, guest posts, social posts, carousels and audiograms.
  • Save any design as a reusable template.
  • Each show's colors, fonts and logos, saved once. Colors can be suggested from the show's cover art.
  • Switch a template between its own look and the show's brand.
  • Brand lock: invited designers can change only the words and photos in a locked design.
  • Fill from episode: title, episode number, season, date, guest name and show details, for episodes in ICONS Podcast hosting. Guest headshots or cut-outs drop into the photo slot.
  • Bulk generate: one template for up to 200 episodes in a single run, delivered as a ZIP of images or PDFs.

Editing tools

  • 16 text styles, 7 text effects (shadow, lift, outline, hollow, glow, neon, echo) and text shapes: arch, smile, wave and bulge.
  • 45 bundled font families, plus your own uploads once you confirm you have the right to use the font.
  • 79 shapes and elements: shapes, arrows and lines, badges and stickers, speech bubbles and icons. 33 of them work as photo frames.
  • 8 photo grid layouts, 13 filter presets and 9 adjustment sliders.
  • Remove background cuts a person out of a photo. Runs on ICONS' own servers.
  • QR codes, column, bar, line and donut charts (up to 12 items), and 11 entrance animations for GIF and MP4 clips of 1 to 15 seconds.
  • For episodes recorded in ICONS Live: the team can pull 1 to 24 stills of the guest from the video, and ask for quote suggestions that are checked word for word against the transcript.

AI image tools

  • Generate an image from a description, with presets for interior, exterior, skyline, lifestyle, texture and abstract, and optional space for a headline. 1 to 4 pictures per request.
  • Edit with AI restyles a picture: twilight, bright and airy, blue sky, warm, watercolor, black and white, changed colors, or your own words. The original is kept.
  • Enhance sharpens a picture and doubles its size if it is small. It cannot rescue a badly blurred photo.
  • Magic Layers splits a flat picture, such as an old cover or an export from another tool, into a clean background, editable text and an optional cut-out. Fonts are a close match, not exact.
  • Every AI step keeps the original, and Undo brings it back.

Export and delivery

  • PNG, JPG, PDF, GIF or MP4, up to 8000x8000 px, up to 6 formats per request. PNG can have a transparent background.
  • Platform-ready file sizes: podcast cover and episode art as JPG under 512 KB; YouTube thumbnail as JPG under 1.9 MB.
  • Carousels export as one PDF with every page, or one PNG or JPG per page.
  • Audiogram videos: 3 to 90 seconds of the episode's audio with a moving waveform, up to 1920 px a side. Captions when the episode was recorded in ICONS Live.
  • Use as podcast artwork: the team can send a finished square design straight to the episode or show in ICONS Podcast hosting, checked against podcast artwork rules.

Review and approval

  • Client review links: a private page where a host or guest sees every page of the design, pins comments and clicks Approve or Request changes, without an account.
  • Links are valid for 30 days by default and can be switched off at any time.
  • The reviewer sees a preview, never the editable file, and review pages are hidden from search engines.
  • Team comments pinned on the design, with replies and resolve.

A note on names. In the app, a show's saved colors, fonts and logos are called its Brand kit. That is not the Guest Promotional Kit, which is a separate paid service for guests featured on the ICONS of Real Estate Podcast.

AI images: the rules we work to

AI-generated or AI-edited images must be labeled as AI. PNG and JPG exports that contain an AI picture carry an embedded "made with AI" tag; PDF, GIF and MP4 exports are not tagged, so label those yourself. An AI-edited listing photo (twilight, blue sky, changed colors) must never be presented as the actual property. The editor offers the caption "Illustrative AI image, not the actual property." Use it whenever an AI-edited property photo is shared. Real estate advertising rules may also require disclosure of digitally altered listing photos; check the rules that apply to you.

What's Different

Built Around The Episode, Not The Blank Canvas.

Six things you can see in the product itself.

Built around podcast episodes.

Designs fill from the episode's own data in ICONS Podcast hosting: title, number, season, date, guest and show.

Real guest photos from the recording.

For episodes recorded in ICONS Live, the team can grab stills of the guest straight from the video.

Quote suggestions checked against the transcript.

A suggested quote that doesn't match the transcript word for word is dropped. The Studio never puts words in a guest's mouth.

Podcast artwork rules built in.

Covers export as 3000x3000 JPGs under 512 KB, and the team can send them straight to the episode in ICONS Podcast hosting.

Brand lock for outside designers.

Invited designers can change only the words and photos in a locked design, and cannot delete it or move it to another show.

AI labeling built in.

PNG and JPG exports that contain an AI picture carry an embedded "made with AI" tag, and the editor offers the caption "Illustrative AI image, not the actual property."

FAQ

Questions About The Design Studio

What is ICONS Design Studio?

ICONS Design Studio is ICONS' own design editor for podcast marketing, part of ICONS Live. It makes podcast covers, episode art, YouTube thumbnails, quote cards, social posts, carousels and audiogram videos, and fills designs from an episode's title, number and guest details in the show's brand colors and fonts.

What does ICONS Design Studio cost?

It's free. There is nothing to buy. Ask for access through the form on this page or contact the team.

Who can use ICONS Design Studio?

The ICONS team uses it for the shows it produces, and real estate agents and the designers they work with can ask for access through the form on this page. Hosts and guests review and approve designs through a private link without creating an account, when the team sends them one.

What sizes can I make?

Ready-made sizes include podcast cover and episode art (3000x3000), YouTube thumbnail (1280x720), YouTube banner, Instagram square and portrait, Story or Reel (1080x1920), LinkedIn, X and Facebook posts, and quote cards. Custom sizes from 64 to 8000 pixels per side are also possible.

What file formats can I export?

Designs export as PNG, JPG, PDF, GIF or MP4, up to 8000 by 8000 pixels. PNG can have a transparent background. Carousels export as one PDF or one image per page. Podcast covers are made as JPGs under 512 KB to meet podcast artwork rules.

Does it fill in episode details automatically?

Yes. When a design is linked to an episode in ICONS Podcast hosting, templates fill in the show name, episode title, number, season, publish date, guest name and photos. Anything that cannot be filled is highlighted with a yellow dashed outline so nothing is missed.

How many templates are there?

There are 76 built-in templates: 12 originals and 64 in 10 visual styles. They cover podcast covers, episode art, YouTube thumbnails, quote cards, guest posts, social posts, carousels and audiograms. The team can also save its own designs as templates.

Can I keep designs on brand?

Each show has its colors, fonts and logos saved in the Studio. Templates can switch between their own look and the show's brand in one click. A design can also be brand-locked, so invited designers can only change the words and photos.

How do client approvals work?

The team creates a private review link and sends it. The client opens it without an account, sees a preview of every page, pins comments, and clicks Approve or Request changes. Links last 30 days by default and can be switched off at any time.

Can it make audiogram videos?

Yes. An audiogram turns a 3 to 90 second clip of the episode's audio into a video with a moving waveform. Captions can be added when the episode was recorded in ICONS Live and has a transcript. Videos are up to 1920 pixels a side.

Can it make many designs at once?

Yes. Bulk generate applies one template to up to 200 episodes in a single run and delivers the images or PDFs as one ZIP file. Magic resize turns one design into up to 12 other sizes, which may need small adjustments afterwards.

Does it have AI image tools?

Yes. Team members and invited designers can generate a picture from a description, restyle a photo with AI, enhance a small photo, and split a flat picture into editable layers. Each person can make up to 40 AI pictures a day.

Are AI images labeled?

PNG and JPG exports that contain an AI picture carry an embedded industry-standard "made with AI" tag, which platforms such as Instagram or LinkedIn may show as "AI info". PDF, GIF and MP4 exports are not tagged. The editor also offers the caption "Illustrative AI image, not the actual property."

Can I use AI to edit a listing photo?

You can restyle a photo, for example as twilight or with a blue sky, but the result must never be presented as how the real property looks. ICONS asks users to add the caption "Illustrative AI image, not the actual property" whenever an AI-edited property photo is shared.

Can it remove a photo's background?

Yes. Select a photo and choose Remove background to cut out the person. It works on photos (not SVG drawings) and runs on ICONS' own servers. The cut-out is saved as a new picture, so the original stays unchanged.

What happens to photos I upload?

Uploaded photos are checked and re-saved by the Studio, which removes hidden camera information such as GPS location. Files can be JPG, PNG, WebP or SVG, up to 25 MB and 8000 pixels on a side. Pictures sent to the AI tools are processed by a third-party AI provider.

What if two people edit the same design?

Designs save automatically. If someone else changed the design in another window, the Studio warns you instead of overwriting their work. Named versions can be saved and restored at any time. There is no live co-editing.

Can I undo an AI change?

Yes. AI edits, enhancements and Magic Layers create new pictures and keep the original, and Undo brings the original back. Failed AI attempts do not count towards the daily limit.

Can it suggest quotes for quote cards?

For episodes recorded in ICONS Live with a transcript, the ICONS team can ask for quote suggestions. Each suggestion is checked word for word against the transcript, so the Studio never puts words in a guest's mouth.

Does it have stock photos?

No. There is no stock-photo library. Use your own photos, guest headshots, stills from ICONS Live recordings, or AI-generated pictures, which are labeled as AI on PNG and JPG export.
