What does PodMatch cost?
PodMatch’s guest plans cost $32 a month for Standard and $64 a month for Professional, as of October 2026. The PodMatch pricing page fills its prices from PodMatch’s own price data, which we read on October 9, 2026, shown per month in USD:
Standard Guest: $32 a month.
Standard Host: $6 a month. This plan is for podcast hosts.
Standard Both: $38 a month. The page adds the host and guest rates together.
Professional: $64 a month, the same price for guest, host or both.
Agency: $64 a month, including 2 clients, plus $32 a month for each additional managed client.
PodMatch has no free account. Its help center says it “does not offer a free account” and that the free beta ended on January 1, 2022. There’s no free trial of Standard, but PodMatch offers a “100% money-back guarantee.” Billing is “month-to-month,” with no annual contracts.
Plan limits are set by time. Standard gets 3 new matches and 6 new message threads every 4 hours, and Professional gets 6 matches and 8 threads.
What does ICONS Hub cost?
ICONS Hub’s Lite plan is free, and its paid plans cost $87 and $165 a month, per the Hub’s plans page on October 9, 2026:
Icons Lite: free.
Icons Concierge: $87 a month, with a 7-day free trial.
Icons Momentum: $165 a month, with a 7-day free trial.
The plans page notes that payment details are requested for account security, and that you are not charged unless you upgrade. Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period, and cancelling moves you to the free plan. Each plan includes a set number of applications per billing period, and your account shows how many you’ve used.
PodMatch uses automated matching, and ICONS Hub uses a searchable directory of real estate podcasts. PodMatch says “AI-powered matching connects ideal hosts and guests,” built on “39 distinct points.” Its help center says it covers over 3,250 unique topics, from business to comedy and true crime.
ICONS Hub takes a narrower route:
A real estate directory. Active real estate podcasts with a host are listed, with ICONS network shows first.
Filters that fit agents. Search by 49 themes, including luxury real estate, fix and flip, mortgage and lending, and women in real estate. You can also filter by area and by ICONS network or general podcasts.
Podcast pages. Each show’s page has hosts, episodes and a “What we’re looking for” section, so you can judge fit before you apply.
A human match. For the Free Podcast Match, you share your role, market, niche and goals, and the ICONS concierge team replies with a podcast recommendation.
How to weigh platforms on mechanics, not just price, is covered in our guide to podcast guest booking platforms.
How do they compare on applying and booking?
PodMatch keeps everything inside its messages, while ICONS Hub lets you book some hosts’ calendars directly. PodMatch says you can “Never leave PodMatch or exchange an email.” To book, you open the other party’s Calendly link inside the thread.
On ICONS Hub:
Apply from a podcast page with a pitch of 10 to 500 characters and preferred dates.
With hosts who take bookings on the Hub, pick an open slot in your own time zone.
Confirm your email with a 6-digit code; no account is needed to book.
Add the recording to Google Calendar or Outlook from the confirmation page.
Your applications move through statuses such as Pending, Approved, Scheduled, Recorded and Released, and recording and release dates show on a calendar. The step-by-step walkthrough is in how to book a podcast recording on the ICONS Hub.

Where PodMatch does more
PodMatch does more for agents who want to be on shows outside real estate. These are real advantages:
Breadth. Its 3,250+ topics include money, business and lifestyle shows where an agent can reach people who aren’t in the industry.
Automated matching. The matching learns from your choices, with new matches every few hours.
Messaging and production workflows in one place, including an interview release form option.
A larger membership. The help center cites over 19,000 active members.
No long contract. Billing is month to month, with a money-back guarantee.
A host side. Hosts can join from $6 a month, and PodMatch pays hosts a commission when they release episodes with PodMatch guests.
Where ICONS Hub does more
ICONS Hub does more for agents who want real estate audiences and less back-and-forth. Its advantages:
A free plan. Lite costs nothing, and you can browse the directory without an account.
Real estate focus. 49 real estate themes and US area filters help you find shows your market listens to.
Direct booking. Book against participating hosts’ real calendars, in your time zone.
A media kit on your profile. Hosts can download your one-sheet PDF, and see your topics and suggested questions.
A free human match. The concierge team recommends a podcast at no cost.
Done-for-you option. If you’d rather a coordinator pitched for you, that’s the podcast guesting service, run on the same Hub.
Our pick for three kinds of agent
PodMatch is the better choice for reaching audiences far outside real estate, and ICONS Hub for real estate shows with direct booking and a free way in.
Solo agent new to guesting: start on ICONS Hub Lite. It’s free, and the directory shows which real estate podcasts fit your niche.
Team or agent who wants someone else to pitch: use the Hub’s paid plans or the guesting service rather than doing the outreach yourself. What a booking agency charges by comparison is in podcast booking agency costs.
Agent already matching on PodMatch: keep it for non-real-estate shows, and add a free Hub profile for real estate audiences.
Before you pay any host for a slot, read should you pay to be a podcast guest. The full playbook for turning appearances into referrals is our guesting pillar for agents.
Frequently asked questions
Does PodMatch have a free plan?
+
No. PodMatch's help center says it does not offer a free account and ended its free beta option on January 1, 2022. It also says there is no free trial of the Standard plan, but offers a money-back guarantee, while ICONS Hub's Lite plan is free.
Is PodMatch good for real estate agents?
+
PodMatch is not focused on one industry. Its help center says it covers more than 3,250 topics, from business to true crime. ICONS Hub's directory lists real estate podcasts only, filterable by 49 themes such as luxury real estate and mortgage and lending, and by US region.
Will I have to pay hosts to appear on their shows?
+
Some hosts charge guests. PodMatch lets guests turn off matches with hosts known to charge, under Guesting Preferences. Paying for an interview raises disclosure questions for a licensed agent, so check with your broker first and read our guide on paying to be a podcast guest.
Does ICONS Hub require a card for the free plan?
+
The Hub's plans page notes that payment details are requested for account security and that you are not charged unless you upgrade to a paid plan. Paid plans have a 7-day free trial, and cancelling moves the account to the free plan at the end of the period.
