Podcast guest booking platform pricing runs from free to $165 a month (October 2026). ICONS Hub Lite is free, Concierge $87 and Momentum $165 a month; PodMatch has no free plan, with Standard Guest at $32 and Professional at $64. Prices and features are compared plan by plan; how platforms work is in the podcast guest booking platforms guide.

How do the guest booking plans compare on price?

Guest booking plans range from free to $165 a month, and only ICONS Hub has a free tier. The table uses PodMatch’s pricing page and the price data it loads, plus the ICONS Hub plans page, all read on October 9, 2026. Hub features come from the ICONS Hub product page.

PodMatch also lists a Standard Host plan at $6 a month, and its page code adds host and guest rates for a $38 “both” plan. The side-by-side breakdown is in PodMatch vs ICONS Hub.

What does each plan include?

PodMatch and ICONS Hub plans differ more in how you find shows than in price. From each platform’s own pages:

  • ICONS Hub, all plans. You get a public guest profile with a downloadable one-sheet, topics and suggested questions. There is also a directory of real estate podcasts with 49 themes, area and network filters, and application tracking with a calendar.
  • ICONS Hub booking. With participating hosts, you pick an open slot in your own time zone and confirm with a 6-digit email code. The steps are in how to book a recording on the ICONS Hub.
  • ICONS Hub extras. The Free Podcast Match has the ICONS concierge team reply with a recommendation, and a Premium badge marks Momentum members in the guest directory.
  • PodMatch Standard. AI matching on 39 points is the core, with messaging inside the platform and a public guest one sheet with an optional video pitch.
  • PodMatch Professional. It adds more matches and threads, top placement in search and match results, and a higher pin limit.
  • PodMatch scheduling. Bookings happen inside a message thread, using the other party’s Calendly link.

PodMatch says it covers more than 3,250 topics across industries. ICONS Hub lists real estate podcasts only.

What does a year cost on each plan?

A year on these plans costs between nothing and $1,980. These are worked examples from the monthly prices listed in October 2026, not quotes.

Twelve months at the monthly prices listed in October 2026, with each plan's main limit. PodMatch has no free plan; the Hub's paid plans start with a 7-day trial.

Price alone doesn’t tell you value. The Hub’s paid plans and PodMatch’s plans buy different things, so compare the features above with how much of the pitching you want to do yourself. For what a booking agency charges per appearance instead, see podcast booking agency costs.

Which free and trial options are there?

ICONS Hub has the only free plan here, while PodMatch relies on a guarantee. ICONS Hub Lite is free, and browsing the podcast directory needs no account. The Hub’s plans page notes that payment details are requested for account security, and that you are not charged unless you upgrade. Paid plans have a 7-day free trial.

PodMatch’s help article on free accounts says it “does not offer a free account,” ended its free beta on January 1, 2022, and has no free trial of Standard. It offers a “100% risk-free money-back guarantee” instead.

What should you check before paying for a plan?

Before you pay for any guest booking plan, a few checks save money and awkward conversations later. Work through them in order:

  1. Is your profile ready? A clear bio, headshot, topics and one-sheet matter more than the plan. Both platforms give you a public profile to fill in.
  2. Which audiences do you want? Real estate shows reach other agents, lenders and investors. Money, relocation or local business shows reach buyers and sellers.
  3. How many applications a month can you follow up? Plan limits only matter if you have time to pitch, prepare and record.
  4. Will any host charge you? Some hosts charge guests. PodMatch lets you turn off matches with hosts known to charge. Check your broker’s rules before paying for any appearance.
  5. How do you cancel? PodMatch is month to month. ICONS Hub cancellations move you to the free plan at the end of the period.
  6. What happens after you record? Know how you’ll share the episode and track any leads before you book your first interview.

Which plan fits your situation?

Your best plan depends on how much pitching you want to do and whether you want real estate audiences.

  • Agent testing guesting for the first time: ICONS Hub Lite. It’s free, and the directory shows which real estate shows fit you.
  • Agent who wants audiences outside real estate: PodMatch Standard Guest at $32 a month, cancellable month to month.
  • Agent who wants someone else doing the outreach: a paid Hub plan, or the done-for-you podcast guesting service that runs on the same Hub.

Strategy, other platforms and the checks a licensed agent should make are in the podcast guest booking platforms guide. The wider playbook is our guesting pillar for agents, and the concierge match is explained in free podcast match for real estate professionals.
