Why it works

Why this magnet fits this audience

Agents who listen to an accountability-style show want structure more than information. A printable workbook gets used every week with your name on every page, and a 21-day challenge turns the same content into 21 emails, which is the longest conversation a lead magnet can start.

Best for

Agent-facing accountability or productivity show, including niche-community shows for a specific group of agents.

Effort

To create
4 to 6 hours from guest episodes, then layout for print; the 21-day version is the same content cut into emails
To refresh
A new edition each quarter or season
Basis
Brief estimate for a playbook built from transcripts

90-Day Business Planner (or 21-Day Challenge)

Template contents · e.g. The R.E.A.L. Moms 90-Day Business Planner

Contents

  1. 01Start here: the one goal for the next 90 days
  2. 02Week 1: the numbers (contacts, appointments, contracts) and how to track them
  3. 03The weekly page: time blocks, lead-gen hours, follow-up, review
  4. 04Monthly review: what worked, what to stop
  5. 05Scripts for the daily calls, from [Show] guests
  6. 06The 21-day challenge: one task a day, by email
  7. 07Accountability: find a partner, use the show
  8. 08Day 90: the next plan
Sample page
This planner is built to be printed. Start with one goal for the next 90 days, written on the first page in your own handwriting, and the three numbers that lead to it. Every week gets a page: your time blocks, your lead-generation hours, your follow-up list, and a Friday review that takes ten minutes. The scripts chapter comes from guests of [Show] who do the calls every day. If you would rather have it in small pieces, the 21-day challenge sends one task a day by email, and most people who finish it tell us day 12 was the hard one.

On air

How to mention it on air

Same read, every episode, at the end. Say the URL twice and give the keyword for anyone who is driving. The editor drops the QR code over the closing line in the video version.

  1. 1.Put the magnet on a short URL. Create a landing page for the 90-Day Business Planner (or 21-Day Challenge) at [site].com/planner: under 15 characters, no dashes or numbers, not the homepage.
  2. 2.Choose one keyword. Set up PLANNER as a text keyword or a comment-to-DM keyword so listeners can get the magnet without typing a URL.
  3. 3.Add the 20-second read to every episode. The script on the right.
  4. 4.Show a QR code and pin the link. Overlay a QR code during the closing line of the video version, and put the link in the YouTube description and a pinned comment.
  5. 5.Tag the link per episode. Use a UTM-tagged link on each placement so the hosting stats show which episode produced each sign-up.

The 20-second read, as Shae Spitz would say it

about 20 seconds

“If you want a plan instead of another idea, grab the R.E.A.L. Moms 90-day planner. It's printable, one page a week, with the scripts our guests use. Or take the 21-day challenge: one task a day by email. Both are free at homeswithshae.com/planner. That's homeswithshae.com/planner. Or comment PLANNER.”

homeswithshae.com/plannerPLANNER

Example read for R.E.A.L. Moms Podcast; the [number] is the host's text keyword line.

Generic version, with [Show] and [City] placeholders

“If you want a plan instead of another idea, grab our 90-day planner. It's printable, one page a week, with the scripts our guests use. Or take the 21-day challenge: one task a day by email. Both are free at [show].com/planner. That's [show].com/planner. Or comment PLANNER.”

Placements

Where to put it

  • Landing page at [show].com/planner with a choice: printable planner or the 21-day challenge
  • Mentioned in every routine, mindset and productivity episode; linked in show notes
  • YouTube description, pinned comment and QR during the closing CTA
  • Reels: one day of the challenge per reel, ending with 'Comment PLANNER'
  • Quote cards from guests' routines carry the short URL

Follow-up

The five emails after the download

A magnet without follow-up is a download, not a lead. Subject lines and the point of each email.

  1. 1Your planner, and the first page to fill in

Deliver it; ask for their one goal.

  2. 2The three numbers

How to track contacts, appointments and contracts.

  3. 3A Friday review in ten minutes

    The weekly review routine.

  4. 4The script for the daily calls

One guest script, with the episode.

  5. 5Day 90 is coming

Invite them to share results on the show or join the next challenge.

The brief
