Section 1

The basics

What is the ICONS Hub?

The ICONS Hub is a podcast guesting platform for real estate professionals. Members build a public guest profile, browse a directory of real estate podcasts, apply to appear on shows, and book recording slots with participating hosts on the ICONS network. It is free to join on the Icons Lite plan.

Do I need an account to browse podcasts?

No. Anyone can browse the podcast directory and open podcast pages without an account. You need an account to bookmark shows, apply to be a guest, or manage a guest profile.

How do I find podcasts that fit my niche?

Use the podcast directory’s search and filters. You can search by podcast or host name and filter by 49 real estate themes, by area, and by ICONS Network or general podcasts. Logged-in members can also filter to podcasts they have saved.

What is the Free Podcast Match?

It is a free form where you share your role, market, niche, social links and goals. The ICONS concierge team then sends you a podcast recommendation by email. There is no cost or commitment.

Does the Hub record my interview?

No. The Hub handles profiles, applications and scheduling. Recordings take place on the meeting link the host provides, and the host’s team records the episode.

Section 2

Applying to podcasts

How do I apply to be a guest on a podcast?

Open the podcast’s page and select "Apply to Be a Guest". You add a short pitch and, for ICONS network shows, a preferred recording date. You need an account, a completed onboarding checklist and an active plan with application credits remaining.

How many podcasts can I apply to?

Each plan includes a set number of application credits per billing period, and your account shows how many you have used and how many remain. You can only have one pending application per podcast at a time. What each plan includes is shown on the Hub’s plans page.

Section 3

Booking a recording with a host

Can I book a recording directly with a host?

Yes, with hosts who take bookings through the Hub. Their booking page lets you choose your time zone, a date and an available time, confirm your email with a code, and submit your details. No account is needed to book.

What time zone are booking times shown in?

Available times are shown in the time zone you choose on the booking page, so you do not need to convert from the host’s time. The confirmation page repeats the date, time and time zone of your recording.

How far ahead can I book?

Each host sets their own rules. By default, hosts require 4 days’ notice, offer one-hour slots, take up to 2 bookings a day and show about 12 weeks of availability. Hosts offer weekdays only, Monday to Friday.

What happens after I book?

The confirmation page shows your meeting link, date, time and time zone, with buttons to add the recording to Google or Outlook Calendar. You and the host are both emailed, and the event is added to the host’s calendar when it is connected.

What if I need to change my recording time?

Rescheduling uses a personal reschedule link that the host shares with you. It lets you pick a new available slot while the booking is still active. If you do not have the link, contact the host or the ICONS team.

Section 4

Your guest profile

What files can I upload?

You can upload a profile photo as PNG, JPG, JPEG or WebP up to 5 MB, and a one-sheet as a PDF up to 5 MB. Your one-sheet is offered as the media kit download on your public guest page.

Is my guest profile public?

Only if you choose. You control whether your guest profile is listed on the Hub. When listed, it appears in the guest directory with the details you add, such as your bio, speaking topics and links.

What does the Premium badge mean?

The Premium badge on guest profiles marks members on the Momentum plan. Visitors can filter the guest directory to show premium guests only.

ICONS created a profile for me. How do I claim it?

On your guest page, request a claim link, which is sent to the email on file and is valid for 24 hours. If that email is wrong, you can request a change; the ICONS team reviews and approves it.

Section 5

Plans and billing

How much does the Hub cost?

The Hub is free to join: Icons Lite costs $0. The paid upgrades are Icons Concierge at $87 a month and Icons Momentum at $165 a month, each with a 7-day free trial. What each plan includes is shown on the membership plans page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Members can upgrade straight away, downgrade at the end of the current billing period, or cancel, which moves the account to the free plan at the end of the period. Changes are made from the subscription page in your account.

Section 6

For podcast hosts

How do I take guest bookings as a host?

Host booking tools are available to ICONS podcast clients. Hosts set weekly hours, a meeting link, notice and daily limits, connect Google or Outlook Calendar, and share their booking link. To become a client, see Podcast Production.

Which calendars can hosts connect?

Hosts can connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, one at a time. When connected, busy times are blocked from the booking page and new bookings are added to the host’s calendar.

Section 7

Partner program

How does the affiliate partner program work?

You apply on the Hub’s partnership page and the ICONS team reviews your application. Approved partners get a personal referral link and can invite contacts by email or social media.
