A personal landing page

Your referral link opens a page in your name that offers two paths: "Become a Guest" or "Launch Your Own Podcast". Each collects an interest form that goes to the ICONS team.

A partner area

Invite contacts by email, share on social channels, and see your referral list with a follow-up timeline for each one.

A partner discount and a commission

The program offers a partner discount and a one-time or recurring commission on confirmed referrals. The current terms are shown on the Hub’s partnership page.

Payouts to your bank

Approved partners enter their bank details in the Hub for commission payouts.

How To Apply

Four Steps To Become A Partner

    Apply on the Hub

    The partnership page on the ICONS Hub has a short application: your name, contact details and a note about who you would refer. If you already have a Hub account, you only need the note.

  2. 02

    The ICONS team reviews it

    Every application is read and approved by a person on the ICONS team. There is no automatic approval.

  3. 03

    Finish partner onboarding

    Approved partners complete an onboarding checklist in the Hub, which includes entering bank details for payouts.

  4. 04

    Share your link

    You get a personal referral link with its own landing page. Share it by email from the partner area, post it on your social channels, or add it wherever you already recommend ICONS.

How Referrals Are Tracked

What Counts As A Referral

Plain rules, so nobody is surprised later.

  • Your referral link records which partner sent a visitor to your landing page.
  • Interest forms submitted on your landing page go to the ICONS team with your partner name attached.
  • A referral is counted when the ICONS team confirms it. It is not counted automatically at sign-up.
  • Your partner area lists each referral with its status and a follow-up timeline, so you can see where it stands.

What can I refer people to?

Two things: becoming a podcast guest through the ICONS Hub, and launching their own podcast with ICONS podcast production.

Is approval automatic?

No. The ICONS team reviews and approves every application.

How do I know a referral was counted?

Confirmed referrals appear in your referral list in the partner area, with a follow-up timeline. If someone you referred does not appear, contact the ICONS team with their details.

What are the commission and discount rates?

They are set in the Hub and shown on the partnership page, which is the current source for the terms. This page does not quote them.

Do I need a Hub account to apply?

No. You can apply with your name and contact details. If you are logged in, the form only asks for your note.
