Q: How much does podcast production cost with Icons of Real Estate?
A: Icons of Real Estate offers two ways to get started. The Launchpad startup kit is a one-time fee of $497. Ongoing Production, which includes guest booking, episode editing, publishing, and promotion, starts at $621 per month.
What "Launch" involves
Launching is a 5-week process:
- Week 1 Discovery + Onboarding calls (branding begins);
- Week 2 first branding proof + first coaching call, guest booking begins;
- Week 3 first recordings;
- Week 4 more recordings, editing begins, episodes sent for approval;
- Week 5 final edits, launch. Newer contracts specify completing onboarding and the first 4 "Pillar" episodes within 30 days, targeting launch 6 weeks from the first recording.
Revisions
Standard contracts include up to 4 revision rounds per month at no extra charge. Additional changes beyond that are billed at $50 per change.
Payment
- Billed every 4 weeks (28-day cycle)
- Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, ACH, Cash App Pay, or Stripe; credit card payments carry a 3% transaction fee
- Invoices are due within 7 days of issue; late payments incur a $25 fee
