We're the #1 Real Estate Podcast Network. We do two things: (1) produce podcasts for real estate professionals end-to-end, and (2) book real estate pros as guests on top industry podcasts through our HUB platform and Concierge service.

Q: Do I need any podcast experience or equipment?
No experience needed — we handle strategy, production, editing, and publishing. Recording is done remotely over Zoom. We recommend a quiet space, a decent microphone (or good built-in audio), headphones, and good lighting; we walk you through a tech check before recording.

Our target is 6 weeks from onboarding to launch.
Q: How often will episodes come out?
We offer weekly and bi-weekly packages.
Q: Do I get to approve content before it goes live?
Yes. All podcast materials are prepared ahead of time (target: two weeks before airing) and sent to you for review and approval before publishing.
Q: Who books my guests?
We do. On your Discovery Call we define your ideal guest avatar, and our outreach team handles list building, booking, and coordination.
Q: Where will my podcast be published?
Everywhere your audience is: YouTube plus all major podcast platforms including Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
Q: What do you do with each episode besides publishing it?
We repurpose it into social media content (reels, snippets, quote cards), publish an SEO-optimized blog post on your website, and can place guest articles for additional reach.
Guesting
Q: Is it free to guest on the Icons of Real Estate Podcast?
Yes, completely free. Paid Concierge and HUB plans are for guaranteed bookings across many shows in the network and beyond.
Q: How long does a guest recording take?
About 20–25 minutes, pre-recorded over Zoom, conversational format.
Q: Can I promote my business on the episode?
Yes — feel free to mention resources and contact info you'd like the audience to know about.
Billing & Payments
Q: How do payments work?
Your Podcast Manager sends your contract and invoice by email. Payments recur on a 28-day cycle. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card (credit card payments carry a 3% transaction fee).
