"Hi, I'm Avery Carl, founder of the Short-Term Shop, best-selling real estate author, BiggerPockets speaker, and eXp agent. I have been working with Chris Reid and the team from Ardor since 2019. In 2019, we did 59 million in sales. In 2020, we did 158 million in sales. And last year, in 2021, we did 621 million in sales. 2022 is going to be even bigger. We're at least going to double our sales volume. And working with Chris and the Ardor team, plus hiring more agents to help handle the volume, are really the only two things that we did differently."
