Since being here I have learned a lot about eXp Realty , the real estate business , and how powerful the model is for an agent helping them create wealth and time and money freedom.
Traditionally agents have struggled to create wealth at traditional brokerage business models and marketing strategies.
They do not understand the process and nobody has ever helped them understand it.
I will explain today why eXp Realty is a wealth creation brokerage and NOT just a traditional income brokerage business model.
It will help you understand why so many eXp real estate agents have changed their life so quickly and created wealth for their families.
I have studied wealth creation for years and after meeting many wealthy individuals throughout my life I will tell you that there are 4 main components of wealth creation.
They make up what is called the “WEALTH QUADRANT”
I have never met an 8 figure entrepreneur that did it without having every one of these 4 components.
Here are the 4 steps to becoming wealthy.
1. MSI or Multiple Streams of Income for Real estate agents
You hear many self-help and entrepreneur gurus talk about additional income streams as a way to increase their income but this is not what multiple streams of income do unless all income streams are profitable.
It is ironic because almost everyone would think this is the reason why to have them.
This should make sense as I explain it.
Let’s say you had one billion separate additional income streams that each made a $1 profit.
Now compare that to having just one income stream that makes $1,000,000,000.
The net is the same, they both make ONE BILLION but one has multiple income streams, the other just one.
So what does this actually mean?
It means that MSI is for INSURANCE.
It is so that if the one income stream that makes a billion dollars a year goes away you are insured with a backup income stream to lean on.
Set a goal to have 3 additional income streams because if you have two you are right back to one if one goes away you will be in the same vulnerable position.

2. “Leverage or Duplication”
Wealth creators, most brokerages, and real estate agents understand that wealth is created through duplication, not by themselves. Their job is to create the systems and processes that enable duplication and drive wealth creation.
No solopreneurs, just entrepreneurs.
You need multiple employees, multiple new real estate agents in a team, multiple YouTube videos, or multiple rental properties.
High-performance leaders in the real estate business leverage OPM and OPT.
Other people's money and other people's time.
They understand nobody gets there alone so they are always looking for leverage and finding things they can trade their time into once that duplicates and brings a multiplier of time back.
So instead of cold calling one person for 15 minutes to have 15 minutes of time traded back once they spend the same time creating a YouTube video.
This creates the leverage of thousands of people trading for 15 minutes watching it.
3. EQUITY
eXp agents have ownership or equity in many things.
Equity is a powerful wealth creation tool because it has the potential to grow exponentially without requiring significant time or effort to make it grow.
If you owned a few rentals and a couple of stocks and you went to sleep for 12 months and woke up and the market had gone up this means your net worth grew while sleeping.
So time is avoided to have your net worth grow and this is how wealthy people and top producing agents play with time differently.

4. Residual or recurring income in Real estate
Income that is built with the time, money,transaction management , and emotional sacrifice paid upfront and only once but creates a continuous income stream usually monthly over a future time horizon hopefully lifelong.
Rental income, owner finance note distributions, and eXp revenue share are all examples of residual income streams that you build with a one-time upfront sacrifice that pays you over and over.
I ask top producing agents in the real estate business if they understand residual income and they all say yes.
Then I ask, how big is their residual income stream? They say they do now have one.
This means they do not understand what it would actually be like to do their work life and family life balance and quality of life.
If they knew they would be willing to fight Mike Tyson today to get it.
There is a huge difference between not just how much you make but how you make it.
If you made 500k a year from selling houses vs 500k a year from eXp revenue share, the difference is your time and stress.
The same income hits the bank account but while one agent works 60+ hours a week the other is on the beach with their family.
Residual income gives you freedom of both time and money.
