Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Referral Agents. As a Referral Agent, you will play a crucial role in connecting clients with top real estate professionals in our network. This position offers a flexible remote working environment and provides an exciting opportunity to earn commissions by referring clients to trusted real estate agents.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify clients who are in need of real estate services, such as buying, selling, or renting properties.
  • Educate clients about the benefits of working with a professional real estate agent and the value of our referral network.
  • Collect information about clients’ real estate needs and preferences to ensure personalized and targeted referrals.
  • Match clients with suitable real estate agents from our network based on their specific criteria and requirements.
  • Facilitate introductions between clients and real estate agents, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless communication throughout the referral process.
  • Follow up with clients and real estate agents to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, referrals made, and commissions earned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Active real estate license in the United States (We are looking for agents in all 50 states)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, with a wide network of contacts and connections.
  • Deep understanding of the local real estate market
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven record of success in sales

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems
  • Any state required real estate license
