Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to join our team. The Real Estate Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of real estate agents, driving productivity, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your leadership skills and industry expertise to mentor and develop a high-performing team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to agents in all aspects of their business, including lead generation, client management, negotiation, and transaction management
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance agents’ skills and knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Set performance targets and KPIs for the team and monitor progress towards goals, providing coaching and feedback as needed to drive results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, including recruiting, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of business objectives.
  • Stay updated on market conditions, industry developments, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and optimize team performance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Active real estate license
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of the local real estate market
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven record of success in sales

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems
  • Any state required real estate license
