Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Listing Agent to join our team. The Real Estate Listing Agent will play a pivotal role in representing sellers and listing their properties for sale. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, showcase properties, and facilitate successful transactions in the real estate market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect for potential seller clients through various lead generation methods, including cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct property evaluations and comparative market analyses to determine accurate listing prices and advise sellers on pricing strategies.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans for each property listing, utilizing a variety of channels and strategies to maximize exposure and attract potential buyers.
- Coordinate and oversee property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase properties to prospective buyers.
- Communicate regularly with sellers to provide updates on market activity, showing feedback, and offers received.
- Negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sellers, advocating for their best interests and securing favorable terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with other real estate professionals, including buyers’ agents, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys, to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, client interactions, and transaction details.
REQUIREMENTS
- Active real estate license in the United States (We are looking for agents in all 50 states)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of the local real estate market
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven record of success in sales
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems
- Any state required real estate license
