Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and properties, while leveraging your expertise to achieve successful outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, industrial facilities, and investment properties.
  • Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
  • Appraise property values.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the real estate transaction process, including property valuation, negotiation, and contract preparation.
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
  • Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles.
  • Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.
  • Attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the best possible client experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, investors, and other stakeholders in the commercial real estate industry.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Active real estate license in the United States (We are looking for agents in all 50 states)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of the local real estate market
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven record of success in sales

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems
  • Any state required real estate license
