Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Buyer’s Agent in Massachusetts to join our team. The Buyer’s Agent will play a crucial role in assisting clients with finding and purchasing their dream homes or investment properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients, navigate the real estate market, and provide expert guidance throughout the buying process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct comprehensive property searches and present clients with suitable listings that align with their criteria.
  • Schedule and accompany clients on property viewings, providing insightful guidance and answering any questions they may have.
  • Assist clients in preparing and submitting purchase offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating the closing process.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on market trends, property values, and investment potential to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
  • Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles.
  • Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.
  • Stay updated on local market conditions, inventory levels, and industry developments to provide clients with accurate and timely information.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Active real estate license
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of the local real estate market
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven record of success in sales

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems
  • Any state required real estate license
