ICONS OF REAL ESTATE – PRIVACY POLICY

1. PRIVACY PROMISE At Icons of Real Estate, we treat your business data with the same respect we treat our own. We collect information for one primary purpose: To build your authority and make you the dominant name in your market. We do not sell your data, we do not rent your lists, and we protect your "Authority Assets" with industry-standard security.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTION & MEDIA ASSETS Contractor collects and processes personal identifiers (name, email, phone number) and media assets, including raw audio and video recordings, images, and transcripts. This data is used to create marketing assets and "Social Proof." By participating in the Network, you consent to the storage and public distribution of your likeness, voice, and professional profile for the purpose of authority building.

3. AI & AUTOMATED PROCESSING To deliver high-level production and marketing assets, the Contractor utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automated tools to process audio and video data. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Automated transcription and voice-to-text analysis.
  • Generation of marketing summaries, "show notes," and repurposed social media clips.
  • Disclosure: By using our services, you consent to the processing of your voice and likeness by these third-party AI tools. Contractor will not use Client’s likeness to create unauthorized derivative works or "deep-fakes" outside the scope of this Agreement.

4. THIRD-PARTY GUEST DATA HANDLING Icons of Real Estate acts as a "Data Processor" for third-party guest information (names, emails, and recordings) provided by the Client. The Client (the Agent) is the "Data Controller" and warrants they have secured all necessary permissions and consents from guests to be recorded and featured. Contractor shall be held harmless in any dispute regarding a guest's permission or use of likeness.

5. SMS & COMMUNICATION COMPLIANCE By providing your mobile number to ICONS or our representatives, you explicitly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and service-related text messages (SMS and MMS).

  • Consent: Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Opt-Out: You can reply STOP at any time to any message to unsubscribe.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

6. DATA SECURITY & THIRD-PARTY SHARING We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is only shared with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors like Stripe, or distribution platforms like Spotify/Apple) as required to fulfill our service obligations.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE This Privacy Policy and all data handling practices are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any legal actions, suits, or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Casper, Wyoming.
