This transition wasn't a sudden leap into open houses and property listings. Instead, it was a calculated move mtoivated by the realization that our wireless venture was reaching its expiration date. Real estate had always lingered in the background, thanks to connections in our church community, but the shift required careful consideration. Radio advertising became my transitional phase – a time when I could explore real estate while still rooted in my current role.

So, the decision was made. Radio advertising became my stepping stone into real estate, a path that would eventually redefine my professional journey. I didn’t know that this shift would mark the beginning of a career filled with twists, turns, and a strong commitment to staying ahead of industry changes.

My journey into real estate officially began when I stepped into Berkshire Hathaway. Their marketing strategies are what initially drew me in. However, as I transitioned from Great Expectations Realty to Berkshire Hathaway, a realization set in. The unique branding that captivated me at the start was slowly fading into a sea of sameness.
