The Procedure to Join EXP Realty
At EXP Realty, we make it easy for new agents to join our real estate brokerage. Whether you’re an expert with real estate brokerages or have just heard about EXP’s virtual world, you can join us. Joining makes you part of our global EXP agent community, and as discussed already, there are many benefits to leverage.
We make the process easy, unlike traditional real estate brokerage companies, where you have to visit brick and mortar locations. The first thing to do to become part of EXP World Holdings is to complete the new agent form on our website. You’ll create an account, which you’ll use in submitting your application. Once your EXP Realty account is live, you’ll be taken to your dashboard.
The dashboard makes it easy to keep track of your new agent onboarding process. To continue your application, the next step is to fill out the Independent Contractor Agreement. Note that only licensed professionals become EXP agents. So you must have all the documents to back up your application.
An essential step in the application is choosing an EXP Realty sponsor. Most real estate agents choose sponsors on their own, which is recommended. However, if you can’t make the choice, there’s no problem. We’ll stand in for you until you’re ready to be a sponsored agent.
When you submit your application, you’re on your way to being among the top producing EXP agents. Sit back and allow us to review. You’ll hear from us within 48 hours at most.
Meet Suzanne Fuqua
Suzanne Fuqua was one of the first 2 Founding Brokers at eXp Realty. She combines her devotion and industry experience with agent attraction, training, coaching, and mentoring Realtors and Brokers across the globe. Before getting into real estate, Suzanne held credentials as a secondary educator teaching high school mathematics after graduating from Baylor University with honors. In 1990, Suzanne pursued a more challenging career in real estate and soon achieved recognition of being among the Top 20 Realtors in Dallas and Ft. Worth, Texas. After many years of success, Suzanne established her own boutique real estate company, Town & Ranch, in Santa Fe, New Mexico, before selling the business to a Prudential affiliate and moving to Phoenix, Arizona.
In 2009, Suzanne contributed to opening the doors for eXp Realty as the first female Broker working directly under the guidance of the founder, Glenn Sanford, and has upheld many important positions imperative to the continued growth of the brokerage. She was also responsible for implementing the All-in-1 Real Estate CRM, kvCORE (aka Kunversion), as one of the company’s four pillars. Suzanne is qualified as an Alpha Influencer at eXp Realty and continues to secure a worldwide organization exceeding 1500 agents in the USA, Canada, India, and Mexico.
