HAZEL PAN

Content Lead

The quiet force multiplier running the content team while everyone wonders how it all gets done.

Every content team has a bottleneck. Hazel's job is to make sure Icons doesn't.

She runs the content operation end-to-end: SEO strategy, direct response copy, writer management, and the AI-powered workflows that keep the whole machine moving fast like her sports hero, Manny Pacquiao. She joined the #1 Real Estate Podcast Network in December 2025 to do what she does best: turn a content department into a system, not a scramble. Full-funnel copy, organic growth, and a team that ships on schedule without anyone having to chase anyone down.

Outside of Work

Hazel is a martial artist, a reader, and the kind of person who enjoys picking up new sports, languages, code, and AI tools on her free time. She sings. She dances. And after recovering from her own competitive video game addiction, now enjoys herself by simply watching other people play. And here's the thing you should know: she's a transhumanist. Has been since she was a kid, years before she even had the word for it. Most people daydream about beach holidays. H daydreams about tech-augmented superhuman powers.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS

1. Content Strategy That Gets People to Act

H architects the content strategy that gets people to take the next step. She's done this across businesses making anywhere from seven to nine figures, managing writers, designers, developers, and VAs on monthly budgets in the four- to five-figure range. Six-plus years of hitting deadlines and making the words work.

2. SEO That Shows Results

H handles keyword research, topic planning, site audits, and on-page fixes that bring in organic traffic. Then she looks at the Search Console data and figures out what to do next. Publish, measure, fix, repeat. The rankings go up and the content keeps working over time.

3. AI Tools That Save Time Without Dropping Quality

Most teams either avoid AI or use it the wrong way. H builds workflows using tools like Gemini, n8n, Claude Code, OpenAI, and more to handle the repetitive stuff. That frees up the team to focus on the creative work that actually matters.

THE PERSON WHO TURNS CHAOS INTO A MACHINE

Most content departments run on adrenaline. Someone's always behind. Someone's always chasing a deadline. The calendar is a suggestion, not a system. And the founder is quietly wondering if anyone actually has a plan.

H fixes that. Not by working longer hours or hiring more people, but by building the system that makes more output possible without multiplying cost. "I love the puzzle of turning chaos into systems," she says. "There's nothing more satisfying than taking a messy content operation and leaving it humming, where writers know what to ship, SEOs know what to fix, and the founder stops worrying about the content calendar."

What makes her rare is that she's full-stack. Most content people are either strategists, writers, SEOs, or ops managers. H is all four. She spots the broken link in a funnel and fixes it herself instead of waiting on three other people. Her long-term goal? To be known as the person who cracked the code on building systems that let one great marketer do the work of ten. At Icons, she's already working on it.

If your content operation needs to go from scramble to system, you're talking to the right person.
