1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, services, or content, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided

Icons of Real Estate offers podcast production, editing, promotion materials, content curation, syndication, SEO-optimized articles and backlinks, guest booking and coordination, podcast coaching, social media management, and related marketing services. Services may be updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Accounts and Contact Information

When submitting information through our website, calendar links, or forms, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date details and consent to:

  • Receiving calls, emails, or other communications.
  • Being added to our newsletter and receiving marketing communications (including automated/AI-driven outreach).
  • You may opt out of marketing at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us directly.

5. Payments and Billing

  • All payments are in USD.
  • The billing amount and frequency are as outlined in your signed contract.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Late payments incur a $25 fee.
  • Acceptable payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, ACH, Cash App Pay, or Stripe.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, including for scheduled or partially completed services.

6. Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellations require 60 days’ written notice before termination.
  • If cancellation occurs with unused credits (e.g., recorded episodes not yet produced), those episodes will be completed per original standards without extra payment.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

7. Rescheduling and Missed Sessions

  • One free reschedule per month; additional reschedules incur a $25 fee.
  • Reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and not rescheduled.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared in connection with services. This obligation survives contract termination.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to Stripe before litigation.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or power outages.

11. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Icons of Real Estate, including logos, designs, graphics, and materials, remains our property and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Icons of Real Estate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
